OUR PASTOR

 

Pastor Paula Dixon is an uncompromising, visionary leader whom YAHWEH/G-D has chosn to lead Bethany Mission Apostolic Christian Ministries, Inc. to the next level of spiritual enlightenment through Yahshua ha Mashiach/Jesus Christ our Lord.

 

Pastor Paula was Baptized in 1969 and receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit at the tender age of 13, under the Ministry of Bishop D. S. Thomas, Refuge Temple in Kingston , Jamaica. For a short while Pastor Paula strayed away from the Faith, but she thank the Elohim/Lord for his Mercy into leading her back to where she always knew YAHWEH/G-D had called her to be.

Pastor Paula was ordained under the leadership of Bishop Everton Foster, an anointed and blessed man of YAHWEH/God who is the Shepherd of Holiness Apostolic Tabernacle Inc, Etobicoke, Ontario.

 

The Almighty YAHWEH/God through Pastor Paula is bringing the ministry through a period of transition and transformation. Through her bold leadership, Bethany Mission Apostolic CM  is making great strides in the ministry.  Pastor Paula readily admits, that, though the road may become rocky at times, the reward of the promise of the Heavenly Kingdom will be truly great. One of her favorite quotes, "The hotter the battle, the sweeter the victory".

              

The Almighty YAHWEH/G-d has allowed Pastor Paula to work and learn in an abundance of profession which she is now using for the building of the Kingdom. In 2004 she was asked by the State Legislator of Texas (TEXDOT) to create and compile a Community Plan for the County of Trinity and it's surrounding cities. Pastor Paula was also on the board of the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce. Pastor Paula studied Law in the United States of America but transition back to Canada to be close to her family. 

 

Pastor Paula is blessed with two children, Nnaka and Ty, and three beautiful grandchildren. Keyan (11) who plays the drums at Bethany Mission, Tyanna (6) and Nayeem (5).

 

Even though Pastor Paula considers herself a “late bloomer” in the Ministry, she is humbled and honored that YAHWEH/G-D has chosen her as the vessel to lead Bethany Mission Apostolic Christian Ministries, Inc. in such a time as this.

    OUR ASSEMBLY

 

We are a growing body of Holy Ghost filled with Power, believers, striving for and living Holy as YAHWEH/G-D commands us to do. YAHWEH/G-D has called us to come out from among them and be true and loving saints in Montreal, in Canada and throughout the world. We are to reach the city, and the nation, winning souls for Yahshua/Jesus Christ our Lord. 

 

The Church accepts the Holy Scriptures as the revealed will of YAHWEH/G-D, the all sufficient rule for faith; and for the purpose of maintaining general unity, adopt the following statement of Fundamental Truths.

 

TENETS OF FAITH:

 

We believe the HOLY SCRIPTURES to be the inspired and only infallible and authoritative word of YAHWEH/G-D.

We believe in the deity of our LORD Yahshua/JESUS CHRIST, Born of a virgin, in HIS bodily resurrection,  in HIS ascension to the right hand of YAHWEH/G-D the father, and in the blessed hope of HIS visible future return to earth to receive unto HIMSELF, HIS blood-bought church, that she may be HIS bride forever.

We believe in Repentance, Water Baptism through immersion and the gift of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2: 4-38.

We believe in the regeneration and sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life.

We believe that healing and deliverance is provided in the redemptive work of  Yahshua/JESUS CHRIST and is available to every believer.

We believe in faith in Yahshua/JESUS CHRIST, the observance of the LORD's supper, the washing of feet and the anointing with oil.
